1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pk080 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and live casino platform accessible at https://pk080.cam ("Platform", "Site").

• You are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer or director of pk080, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by pk080 for Terms violations.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You acknowledge that online gambling may be prohibited or restricted in your jurisdiction and accept full legal responsibility for your participation.

4 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses or device identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, email address, country of residence and contact details. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pk080 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

You must notify pk080 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4.3 Account Currency

Account currency is selected at registration and cannot be changed after the first deposit. Pakistani Rupee (PKR) is available as an account denomination. Exchange rates, where applicable, are set by the operator and may differ from prevailing market rates.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

pk080 is required to conduct identity verification ("KYC") procedures. You will be required to submit documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address and payment method ownership before withdrawal requests are processed, and at any time pk080 deems verification necessary.

5.1 Required Documents

Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photographic identification (e.g., National Identity Card, Passport, Driving Licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the preceding 90 days (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bank statement, screenshot of mobile wallet)

5.2 Consequences of Failed Verification

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by pk080 may result in: suspension of withdrawal rights, restriction of betting activity, or account closure. pk080 reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory verification.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made using the payment methods available on the Platform at the time of transaction. Payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Omni, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah may be referenced on the Platform as familiar local payment options. The mention of these providers does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by those institutions, nor does it imply those providers formally support gambling transactions.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are specified at the point of deposit and may vary by payment method and account status. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

pk080 offers promotional bonuses to eligible users from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral bonuses, loyalty rewards and sports-specific promotions tied to events such as PSL seasons or ICC tournaments.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonus amounts and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds and time limits for each promotion are specified in the individual promotion's terms, which form part of this Agreement.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money balances. When a wager is placed, real money funds are typically used first unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• pk080 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, exploitation of software errors, or coordinated multi-account activity — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and account suspension.

7.2 Illustrative Bonus Figures

Any bonus amounts displayed on the Platform (e.g., "up to PKR 25,000", "up to PKR 15,000") represent maximum illustrative figures only. Actual bonus amounts are determined at the time of qualification based on your deposit amount, account status and promotional eligibility. No bonus is guaranteed until formally credited to your account.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or casino game. These rules are published on the Platform and form part of this Agreement.

8.1 Bet Placement

A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number. Bets remain open until the relevant event is settled. You are responsible for ensuring the details of any bet — including market, selection, stake amount and odds — are correct before confirming placement. Mistakes in bet placement cannot be reversed after confirmation.

8.2 Odds & Prices

Odds are displayed in decimal format by default, with fractional and moneyline alternatives available. pk080 reserves the right to correct manifest pricing errors. A "manifest error" means a price that is clearly incorrect given the prevailing market conditions at the time the bet was placed.

8.3 Voiding and Cancellation

pk080 may void a bet in circumstances including: event cancellation or postponement beyond the timeframe specified in the applicable sport rules; proven technical error in odds; or evidence that the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Voided bets result in a refund of the original stake to the user's real money balance.

8.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply to all markets and are published on the Platform. pk080 is not liable for any amount exceeding the stated maximum payout on a single bet or within a defined period, as specified in the applicable sports or casino rules.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information
• Registering or operating more than one account
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of sports manipulation in connection with wagers placed on the Platform
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process proceeds of criminal activity
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Coordinating with other users to systematically exploit promotional offers (bonus abuse)
• Attempting to circumvent IP restrictions, geolocation controls or device fingerprinting measures
• Harassing, threatening or abusing pk080 staff or other platform users
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which such access is prohibited by local law

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk080 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, data compilations and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of pk080 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, scrape, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from pk080.

pk080 does not claim ownership of, and expressly disclaims any affiliation with, the names and trademarks of sports leagues, tournaments or teams referenced on the Platform, including but not limited to PSL, ICC, PCB and other sporting bodies.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk080 and its officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform
• Technical failures, interruptions, errors or delays in Platform availability, including during high-traffic sporting events
• Loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security
• The accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of any information displayed on the Platform
• Decisions made by you based on Platform content, including betting decisions or interpretations of odds
• Any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12 Responsible Gambling

pk080 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The following tools and safeguards are available to all registered users and can be accessed through the account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Regular pop-up notifications displaying session duration and net wagering activity.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 By pk080

pk080 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe; suspected fraudulent, unlawful or abusive activity; regulatory or compliance requirements; or the user being identified as accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory.

13.2 By the User

You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account closure will be processed after all pending bets are settled and any outstanding balance is returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure, your licence to use the Platform immediately terminates. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution and governing law — shall remain in full force and effect.

14 Amendments to These Terms

pk080 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. 15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures specified by the applicable regulatory framework.

15.2 Formal Disputes

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to formal dispute resolution procedures as mandated by the operator's licensing conditions. pk080 will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or mediation process.
